Our technical experts encourage customers to  test our surface protection systems on their products. In our concrete laboratory, we are able to test coatings, take preliminary tests and check application quantities using original dimensions.
           

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE TESTED?

All surface protection systems can be applied on both, the dry and the wet side of production:
» 1- component impregnation
» 2- components system composed of primer and topcoat
» UV-coating
                                         

COPYING CONDITIONS OF PRODUCTION

Starting with a 1-component impregnation through to a 2-components system composed of primer and topcoat, and a UV-coating, all surface protection systems can be applied on both, the dry and the wet side of production. As these surface protection systems are hardened differently, our laboratory provides a UV-hardening as well as a NIR-hardening system.

» Examination of skid resistance
» Microscopic examinations
                         
If required, external institutions may examine the weather resistance of the surface protection product that has been applied on the customer's concrete product.
The external assignment ensures the neutrality and credibility of test results.
