FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTARHIT^® FM 225 is a sulphonated superplasticizer for producing durable ready-mix concrete under hot weather conditions.

PANTARHIT^® FM 225 is especially formulated for concrete where good workability, slump retention, water reduction and compressive strength is required.

PANTARHIT^® FM 225 has excellent plasticizing effects which are able to enhance concrete’s consistency by several consistency classes e.g. from S1 up to S5. These combined effects allow the production of high quality concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

PANTARHIT^® FM 225 reduces the surface tension of water and ensures a strong plasticizing effect thereby. This leads on to a significant improvement in concrete’s workability, pumpability, levelability and compaction.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The general dosage range is 0.2 – 2.5 mass-% of the cement content.
