Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser is a synthetic fibre designed for optimising the load carrying performance of concrete and screed.

Having no rusting effects Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser breeds a long term durability especially in corrosive environments.

Additionally Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser improves fireresisting properties of concrete.

The application range is:

• precast concrete
• top concrete layer
• mortar
• transport infrastructure constructions and parking areas
• foundations and monolithic floor panels

Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser is compatible with all types of cement, fillers and concrete admixtures. The fibre protects mixing and application tools against wear.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser can be mixed easily and homogeneously with concrete. The low-weight fibre can be distributed easily in three dimensions.

Optimising the static properties of concrete, Ha-Be PP-Makrofaser improves the impact resistance, the ultimate flexural strength and the ductility of concrete.

The high fibre frequency in concrete spreads the tension homogeneously and ensures prevention of shrinkage and stress cracks.

Recommended dosage: 1 – 10 kg/m³.
