FIELDS OF APPLICATION

ANTIPOR^® HydroCem-50 (VM) is a high performance plasticizer for the production of semi-dry concrete and especially developed for the manufactured concrete product industry. The multi-purpose product is suitable for both core and monolayer designs as well as for the production of facing concrete mixes for e.g. pavers and slabs.

ANTIPOR^® HydroCem-50 (VM) allows exploiting cement’s full hydration potential which results in significantly improved high early strength. This may lead to shorter curing times, an improved productivity and to an economical concrete optimisation.

ANTIPOR^® HydroCem-50 (VM) advances the tolerance to variations in water content which secures a more homogenous and steadier production process. Moreover, the high performance plasticizer improves concrete’s compaction, attains an even and dense structure with closed surfaces and raises the colour brilliance in coloured concrete products. Concrete’s aesthetical appearance is enhanced thereby.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

ANTIPOR^® HydroCem-50 (VM) improves the cement dispersion in concrete significantly. This property allows the formation of a homogenous and lowviscosity cement paste which ensures an exceptional workability and facilitates the compaction of concrete.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

Recommended dosage range 0.2 – 2.1 mass-% of the cement content.
