FIELDS OF APPLICATION

STABILISIERER DF is a stabiliser especially designed for producing dense structured concrete and lightweight concrete.

The high quality product is applied in order to stabilise the grain texture and to reduce the segregation tendencies in soft concrete.

STABILISIERER DF ensures an objective oriented production of concrete with a very soft consistency and is especially suitable for producing self compacting concrete.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

STABILISIERER DF improves the water retaining ability of mortar and concrete.

STABILISIERER DF adds a certain thixotropy to soft concrete, which will decrease immediately after applying external forces. The flowing properties of concrete are only insignificantly influenced.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

The generally dosage range is 0.2 – 2.0 mass-% of the cement content.
